How much does artificial turf cost in Fort Lauderdale?
Most residential installs run about $8 to $15 per square foot, depending on the turf you choose, the size of the area and how much base prep the yard needs. We measure on site and give you a free written quote.
Can you install turf on a condo balcony or rooftop?
Yes. Our Fort Lauderdale Beach balcony project covered 5,000 square feet. We use turf and underlayment that drain through, and we can work with your condo association on approvals.
How does artificial turf handle hurricane season?
The turf is secured around the edges and the backing is perforated, so heavy rain drains straight through instead of puddling. After a storm, rinse it and brush off any debris.
Will my HOA approve synthetic grass?
Florida law now keeps cities and counties from banning synthetic turf on most residential lots (learn more). HOA rules still apply, so we provide samples and spec sheets for your architectural review.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Our turf is lead-free and needs no pesticides or fertilizer. Pet turf rinses clean, and we offer odor treatment.
