Built for Safe Play

  • Shock-absorbing design: with the right cushioning underneath, our playground turf is designed for falls from heights as high as 12 feet
  • Accessible: tested as child accessible to ADA/ABA standards
  • Non-toxic and lead-free, with no crumb rubber in any of our infill options
  • No chemicals: children are not exposed to the fertilizers and pesticides used on natural lawns
  • Allergy-friendly: no grass pollen, and antimicrobial materials resist mold and bacteria
  • No bugs: no fleas, ticks, chinch bugs or fire-ant mounds
  • Even surface: no exposed roots, holes or mud to trip over

Low Maintenance, Low Environmental Impact

Playground turf needs no mowing, watering or fertilizer, and it drains fast after Florida storms, so play areas reopen quickly. It keeps its even texture after years of heavy use, and an occasional rinse and brushing keeps it clean. For schools and parks, that means lower long-term grounds costs and fewer closures. Our Quarterly Care plans keep high-traffic play areas looking new.

How a Playground Project Works

  1. Free site visit. We measure, check drainage and review your equipment and fall zones.
  2. Written proposal. Pricing, turf and padding options, and product specification sheets.
  3. Base and drainage. We grade and compact a permeable base so the surface stays level and dries quickly.
  4. Padding and turf. Shock pad, turf and infill installed and fitted around equipment by our own crew.
  5. Ongoing care. Optional maintenance plans keep the surface clean and safe.

Playground Turf FAQ

Is artificial turf safe for playgrounds?

Yes. Our playground turf is lead-free, uses no crumb rubber, needs no pesticides or fertilizer, and can be installed with shock-absorbing padding for fall protection.

Can you install turf around existing playground equipment?

Yes. We fit turf and padding around posts, slides and swing sets so you do not need to replace your equipment.

Does playground turf get hot?

All turf warms up in direct sun. Shade structures help, and we can recommend cooler turf and infill options. A quick rinse cools it down fast.

Can you provide documentation for our school or agency?

Yes. We provide written proposals and product specification sheets, and we are SAM-registered for government work.
